We do not accept returns or offer exchanges unless the item is damaged or faulty.
Returns Due to Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 Days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a full refund, replacement, or store credit, depending on your preference and product availability. To ensure a quick resolution, please follow these steps:

- Provide proof: Include clear photographs of the damaged or faulty item so we can assess the issue.
- Return instructions: Once your return request is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how to return the item. Please ensure that the item is returned unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
No Returns or Exchanges for Other Reasons
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Items that are not damaged or faulty.
- Worn, washed, or altered items.
- Final sale items, including sale, clearance, or promotional items.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once we have received and inspected the returned item. Please allow 7 Days for the refund to appear in your account after the return is approved. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is damaged or faulty.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to a damaged or faulty item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
No Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, you will need to return the original item (if eligible under our policy) for a refund and place a new order.
